the only manual i know of for the c5 is the official shop manual. it's a 3 volume set and runs about 150 bucks. i couldn't seem to find a chiltons or haynes, but i haven't looked too hard.:)

    Winter storage questions

don't know the answer to most of your questions, but i can tell you that it's possible to jack the rear onto rhino ramps. i do it all the time since i don't like trying to back the car onto them.:beer

Twik my C5 up just a little (Hp)

if you've got the money, slap a supercharger on it.:cool otherwise, headers, hi-flow cats, a good set of mufflers, new air filter/air box system and an intake manifold will get you on your way. although, you probably won't get to 400hp until you get inside the engine (heads, cam etc) the list...

    V8's vs. 4 bangers with a turbo

look at it this way. take all the mods that she needs to put on one of her imports to make it respectable and put the same mods on your vette (nos, s/c etc.) then run them together...NO CONTEST.:cool

    Best Wax for a C5

i went through the same questions about wax when i bought my c5. finally, i decided on zaino and i absolutely love it. it's easy to use and the layering effect is really cool (you'll get addicted to putting more and more coats on). the car looks awesome and really holds it's shine for a long...

    fuel pressure regulator

here's where it is on my 98...don't know if it's different on the 99. take a look at the engine and from the top, above where it says "corvette" on the drivers side you'll see a little cut away in the plastic cover. the cutaway is where the regulator is. it's about the size of a small shot...

CAGS "skip shift" plug seal kit

this is a great mod...totally worth the small price. the fact that light continues to come on is cool with me...it reminds me why i installed the mod in the first place. good luck.

    Exhaust mod ?

the only mod i've done so far is a donaldson blackwing intake and i'm very happy with it. i could feel a slight performance and response increase. i'll be buying some corsas in the near future and perhaps headers and high flow cats in the distant future. the blackwing was $200 and i'm...
