No risk of damage, the special laminate is sandwiched in the layers of the glass.

The early LT5s did not have valve seals and tend to use some. My 91 with 45K miles will use about a quart every 3K to 5K miles, and trust me I never baby it. I change it every 5K or one year.

A fellow ZR-1 owner from Fla. came up with them a few years back, don't think he makes them anymore. something GM should have done from the start.

Not to start a war ... But Both are about the same up to 100 mph, it is up to the driver.. My LT5 will roast the tires at low RPMs and low speeds just by pushing the gas down. may you have some issues that need looked into. They should come alive at around 3K RPMs, but the secondary system...
