    I was able to see the VIN on my 57 frame by inserting a wedge between the frame and floorboard about the front edge of the drivers seat. I then used a scotch bright pad to scrub the frame, blew the dust off and with drop light and mirror read the correct VIN (backwards in the mirror). Verle

    Ride and handling are much better on newer Corvettes than on the solid axle cars. Having said that, I enjoy driving my 57 more than any. Addition of 7" wheels and radial tires helped ride and handling a great deal. Verle
