I find it works. It seems to have improved my 98 Sunfire after i gave it a treatment.
It did not do anything for the Vette, although being a 2002 i strongly doubt the Vette had any buildup in the engine at all. Even if SF was not as effective as claimed, i still find that the chance of it...
Interesting. Definately an acquired taste.. almost seems someone went over it with a spray paint can or something. It does have an almost military look to it though.
We pay easily over 4$ a gallon here in Canada so dont feel too bad. Thats me assuming you use the liquid gallon (3.7L)
It's infuriating to know that this will keep going and before we know it we'll be paying twice as much in a few years. Here in North America we just dont have the option of...
With the cost of gasoline rising (i remember it being 50-60c/liter about 5 or 6 years ago) we might not have much of a choice. If Exxon and friends wouldnt mind reducing their 15-20billion profit margins to help us out, that would be great.
In any event everyone has a DD and i think we'll see...
Can GM afford to allow us to choose between 4 or 5 types of engines for one car? I assume there is a reason they stopped doing that a few decades ago, perhaps it isn't cost effective to offer so many engine options. ;shrug
If you could get a V6 Corvette chances are the market would be...
Common sense for the win.
The closest ive been was when i was driving about 135kmh and beside me in the left lane was a Mazda 3 probably going about 140. By some stroke of luck he gets nailed and i dont even though im driving the Vette. The cop was at the top of a bridge and i assume that i...
Thanks for the tip, ill look into the tender
I may have a draw somewhere because when slowing down sometimes id notice the stereo would go down enough to be noticed. Im not sure if this is because the car is battery intensive or whatever.
If its the original Delco battery, its pretty much...
I use a Fram just for the grip. I know i can just use one of those strap wrench things, but in my opinion if i cant get the filter loose with both hands its on too tight.
ill try almost anything... i dont want to buy a new battery.. the dealership i bought the car from wanted $165 for a new one.. seems a bit steep for a Delco :ugh
I might just go down to wal-mart and buy a red top. I was told to go there because they are vastly cheaper than all the parts stores.
Its mid-march and theres an almost 2 meter high snowbank all along the side of my driveway. Im not waiting till the middle of April for all that crap to melt so i think ill just take the car out next week. I just hope the salt situation isnt too bad.
Same problem. Car is in winter storage and a few days ago i tried to start it and nothing. The security light flickers, but nothing else. Im not sure about the cars history so perhaps the battery has finally decided to give out and i should get a new one?
It did not take me long to realise CAC was the best place around, just because it does happen to be on of the smaller websites out of the ones i've seen so far.
I always thought CF was way overloaded and needed far too much digging for the info you were trying to find. Seems a lot of folks on...
I just read up on XM and it seems to have an impressive array of stations. Especially the Boneyard hehe.
Im tired of hearing the same old stuff on radio stations. They are all owned by the same people and paid to play the same stuff all the time. You request a song and they never play it...
If you're buying something of this magnitude price is barely a consideration. All that will happen if the car is over 100k is you will pass that mental threshold. In any event, inflation has a role to play and the dealers are bound to hold onto these things until they can get people competing to...
