Could just be a bad battery, the dealer changed mine when I bought the car at 2700 miles. Mine is an 08 and it sat in the dealers showroom from October to February. I use a battery tender if it sits for more than a couple of weeks, so far no problems.
It really only takes about 2 weeks for the battery to lose a substantial amout of juice. I bought a battery tender at Harbor Freight for 10 bucks end of problem. It's a float charger so it won't hurt the battery even if ya left it on for several months. :thumb

You are correct on all accounts, the Senator, a junior senator at that was critisized for submitting this bill in light of the more pressing issues of budget shortfall.
I like Mobil 1 filters, use them on everything that I run Mobil 1 oil in which is 3 different vehicles. From what I have read the filter paper is specifically designed for synthetic oil.
Interesting.....my 08 Z51 mn6 never got better than 25 mpg on a trip to Maine a couple of weeks ago. That was a 3000+ mile round trip, same trip with my 02 got 30 mpg. Not nearly as much fun though with less horsepower though.
