When BTO did my 700R4 I had the option of 75% throttle or the wide open throttle option. I chose the 75% throttle, this way the car didnt jump in and out of OD a the slight touch of the gas. When running at top speed she jumps out of OD as soon as the hammer goes 75% to the floor. My top speed...

On the 1980 it has four little bolts that go into the tranny tunnel on the floor. I think the cable has a C clip that needs to be removed. If you go that far you may as well change the shift cable.

I ordered their brake kit back in 1997, I have not had a problem with them. Just don't use the organic pads that come with the kit. They do not stop well.

I once went for a ride in a 2000 coupe 6spd with NOS. This car was sick. I never paid attention to the speedo because I was to busy hanging on for dear life. The owner later showed me a time slip from a track. He had ran a 11.8 thats with out any mods xcept for the NOS.

Yes the C4 has the wide open throttle option. Its actually a Corvette part that is ordered and installed in the 700R4.
