Have both a C3 and C4. I must say a shark always gets waves and thumbs ups wherever I drive. The C4 is no slouch in the attention getter dept but a chrome bumper C3 people just love!

Hope I can get some ideas as to where to start with this. My 71 BB coupe has an issue with the tachometer. Just started today when I decided to use it and drive @ 100 miles or so. The tach doesnt rev properly when the engine is reved. I was driving at 60 - 65 and the tach was reading a 1000...
As mentioned in prior posts the 70 build year was short thus a bit more rare. 69 was just a great year for Vettes.Flip a coin!!! I would do the 70. My own preference ( I like the flares) When I was looking for a C3 I ended up with a 71 and was focusing on 70-72. Any chrome bumper Vette is a...
Floor mats you can still order for a 35th. As mentioned earlier its the emblems that are problems. The 4+3 is quite rare on these cars out of the 2050 build. I am slightly biased towards the car owning one. I feel it is one of the most visually striking C4 models ever made due to the white on...
Congrats on the purchase....Mark down on your calender for a great Vette show in Englishtown at Raceway Park 8/5/06 Saturday. All Vettes. You can run the 1/4 do autocross and get your car judged. Check this link www.corvetteexpress.com. Congrats again neighbor!!!

It was a beautiful day in the Northeast today too!!! Took my 88 to work today even though I am not supposed to with collector insurance. I drove about a 100 miles or so in NJ.Had to give it a run!!!Its never happy sitting still in the garage. On the way back I stopped by in Staten Island NY...
Charlie is in NJ???? Thats great...I have been wondering what to do with my seatbelts!!! Drivers side retractor is frozen...Any ideas before I call??

For under 500 bucks and to get the whole car painted ya cant beat it for now. My new Air Cleaner cost over 300 bucks!!!!!:duh I remember way back when my neighbor got his 63 Impala painted for @ 30 bucks....in Purple!!

Congrats on the PC. I love those cars too!!! When I was looking at C3's I considered them too but ended up with my BB 71 Coupe...I keep both of them separated to prevent a 3rd one from coming!!! Many Happy Smiles with it!!!:)

Beautiful day yesterday in NJ. Took the 88 out for a run this time....The countdown to spring begins. Raining out now but maybe some snow by weeks end...bummer....Nice weather will be here in the NE soon!!!

When you get the C6 try to keep them apart......Vettes are known to mate when in tight quarters and then you may end up with a 3rd or 4th Vette should they have twins...Heard a C6 and a C3 could give birth to a C1,C2,C4 or C5.If they are together always use a condom ( car cover) Last thing you...
Drive it before those flakes fall!!!! Looks like it will be a bummer with this big storm coming. Snow, ice and salt on the roads..... My cars will be sleeping till the roads clear and the salt gets washed away
I have used Langka on my 88. The stuff really works. Just a tip though...Let the paint blob dry for a couple of days...I even let it dry for a week and the blob smoothed out and couldnt notice where the scratch was!!
Weather has been fantastic in the NE considering its winter!!! Had the 71 out last week and switched garages with the 88. Today was another great day and took the 88 for another spin.Gotta love this!!! No salt, ice nothing!!!
With the C2 prices totally out of control it only means the C3's especially the chrome bumper cars are next in line for some appreciation. I have stated before in other posts that most of us own our cars for the enjoyment of them. If I make a couple of bucks should I sell is just an added...
10,500 is a steal...So its not an L-88 (thats what the 69 was) Tell your wife you will only need another 300k for some improvements!!! For 300k worth of engine and suspension you can pretty much develop the fastest Vette ever!
