I agree, and to add to it, running NOS has its risks. Depending on mileage of your L98, you could cause premature wear/tear/carnage. If you do run it, please run a wet setup, your engine will last longer. As the saying goes, "speed costs money, how fast do you want to go?" What are you running now?

From what you describe I agree with the above sounds like a VATS issue. IF the starter motor runs when jumped but not with the key.

Can you hear the starter engage, maybe a click like sound when turning key to start? Do the lights dim at all (gauges, dome lights, headlights, etc...) when you turn key to start?

To me the deltas are more raspy. I like my muffler eliminators but my car is mostly stock, I still got cats muffling my noise....some.:happyanim:
