The coolant on my y2k also looks very clean, but it is the first thing getting changed this Spring, just as soon as she comes out of winter hibernation.
congrats on the c5,I sold my beloved c-3 this past Fall for my 00 c5 and do not regret it one bit.
I nearly bought a nice 01 in Pewter, but it was a automatic with 60k on it. But a very nice vert.
Welcome to the fold Ken
I use "original" tenders made by Deltran on my y2k vette, my earlier 81,harley fatboy, and even my john deere tractor in the shed.

Great pics, and nice c5 (looks kinda like mine minus the top)
I used to live outside San Diego, years ago, should of stayed but still get out there to visit relatives and friends.
No beauty day in the near future here in CT. was -11 this morning and have 3 feet of snow on the ground in my...
Congrats on the c5. I sold my mint 81 c3 in September and took possesion of a great 00 c5 loaded, and it is definately a car I would not be afraid to drive anywhere. The difference between the c3 and c5 is amazing. Cant wait for Spring.

I believe the conditions were dry (Southern California) But the article did say that the 99 just outdid the 68 in every way. Straight line, handling
"it outaccelerates,out-brakes,and handily out handles the legendary mako shark"

the numbers were as follows.
68 427 roadster 0-60 6.3 1/4 mile 14.1/103.0
99 hardtop 0-60 4.8 1/4...
Congrats on the "new" c5, This past September i sold my 81 and got a 2000 coupe loaded with 45k.
I love the car, cannot wait for Spring. You will enjoy yours very much.
Happy Holidays, Ken
