    If the current owner is unaware of what was done to the engine ,look for another car. If it had 43k at the time of it being rebuilt, it shouldn't have needed to be bored unless the engine wasn't taken care of during it life. Ask for receipts of what was done and what documentation he has on the...

    Have you checked the choke linkage? Check if it sticking? Is the choke butterfly opening all the way?

    What next to get half shafts out of this '80?

    If you have the straps off the U joints than just put a pry bar between the Half shaft and the yoke and pry the half shaft into the differential and it should release.

    starter problems

    Make sure your battery is charged ( try to jump start it) If it doesn't crank, get under the car and hit the mid section of the starter with a hammer a few times than try to start it. If it starts cranking or still clicks you need a starter.

    It matters on your rim size (15x7 or 15x8) also but a 245/60/15 is the norm without tire rub..

    Its the LED's.... The electrical system does not have enough of a load on it.
