I'd go ahead and replace all the weather stripping due to age, fix one area, then next year another may pop up. I replaced the weather stripping in an 89 I had, not that hard a job, just time consuming and sometimes tedious. I believe there are a bunch of 'how to' threads buried in here somewhere.

Seems to me I saw a video by Froggy on youtube about this, can't verify since it's blocked here.

In my limited experience, any water/antifreeze getting inside is from the heater core. I'd bypass the core and see if it continues to get wet inside.
