The 99 I traded a McDonald's #4 meal(with cheese!!)and the 96 I had to supersize it. ;LOL

I did some research myself and found on another forum some pretty detailed pic's on what and how to cut under the windshield to get to the sending unit. Maybe it's something as simple as a bad ground, but I doubt it. Not a major issue,but something that should be fixed.;squint:

Did you take a compression test?

Maybe something as simple as a cracked insulator on one of the plug's on that bank.

Wow, I hate to read story's like that and it look's like your going to bite the bullit on this one, that's probably what the company will tell you....That it was installed wrong. SUCK'S! On our 99 we have the 3M- clearcoat film on the nose and side mirror's, coming home from carlisle this year...
