I had an 84 Z51 w Med Gray/SaddleCloth Sport seats. I loved those cloth seats. Much nicer and supple than the leather, not to mention lighter.

Would they retrofit to C6Z brakes?

My Nitto Invo's will flat spot after sitting for weeks in the winter. After a few miles it disappears. I try to move car every few weeks during winter just to warm up fluid and get joints loose along w cleaning up the rotors.

The last high compression, solid lifter SBC? 40k? Sounds reasonable to me.

I did this mod when I had my 84. Used the C5 brake calipers and rotors in combination w repro 17" ZR-1 wheels. Was a great improvement. The brakes along w swapping in a ZF-6 in place of the 4+3 trans really transformed the car for me. It was sooooo much more fun to drive. You can install the C5...
