Thanks for the update Bob! I love looking at fresh parts almost as much as putting them together:D It sure will be a great looking package when done.
I would love to see some pics of your birdcage work, as that is an art in itself.
Take care,
Brian
If my memory serves me correctly, one of the two '63 cars that were COPO approved for the 36 gal tank and A/C , was ordered by an engineer working for NASA that spent his time travelling between Houston and Calif. He was more concerned with the fueling frequency than performance. I had an...
You are right Bob, those smileys at the bottom of your post say it all:D
If that kind of motor doesn't make your heart pound......then you better check for a pulse ;LOL
Hi Bob,
How is your latest 572 cube project coming along? Give us all some "eye candy" pics to let us share in the excitement:D

Ray, that is very true for most of us! In my case, over the years, it it has been the entertainment center for me and my wife. She can spin wrenches, strip paint and wet sand better than some guys I know.
Take care,
Brian
Tom,
It is always a pleasure to watch your project. You do great work and I cannot wait to see the rolling chassis / body combo. We really do have to set a time when we can come up and get a first hand look at your killer street / track vette!
Take care,
Brian
ps: Bob, too bad you didn't...

Hi Barry,
Thanks for posting all those great pics!
Looks as though you all had a wonderful time. This site has a lot of nice folks on it and it is always a pleasure to meet some of them in person. See you all there next year
Brian
Thanks for the "postcards", they are great!
This is a way for those of us that could not attend, to enjoy some of the event. If we are not there in body, we are at least there in Corvette spirit!
Have fun gang,
Brian
I have always had good luck with this Krylon® Interior-Exterior Semi-Flat Black (#1613)
Others have mentioned using John Deere Blitz Black also.
Hope this helps
Brian
Have a great trip Bob. Wish we were going to be down there too, but it is not in cards for this year. Say Hi to everyone from Jane and me.
Have a safe trip!
Brian
