    cfour93.. yes, I replaced the cap and rotor, the wires have only a few thousand miles on them, there accels 8.8 I have a msd ignition with an ajustable timing control inside of car.. everything is in order.. I have not yet pulled a plug to see what it looks like... but will if needed..

    can I adjust the advance on the distributer? where the vacume advance canister is on the distributer, I believe you can adjust it with a allen head, not sure if this is true, or wich way to turn for advance and retard... it's an after market electronic ignition.....

    maybe my bad luck, but I got 2 holley regulaters and 2 fuel pressure gauges, and I still have the needle jump up to 12-13lbs when I rev the engine.. is there a way I can change the spring or something in the pump to regulate fuel pressure, it's the holley blue pump.
