That's what I was thinking. I'd still suggest a couple of pull thru bays. That is a feature you would not regret. Jm$.02

Bob, most municipalities have a proceedure for requesting variences. You might want to explore that possibility. That's one of the areas where the big $$$ you pay to the architect is supposed to payoff. :) T

The first thing that comes to mind is just natural run-off from an un-natural grade. To have a lower garage floor you will have to adjust your entry design to keep water, etc from entering the garage. At a minimum, I would think you would need a catch drain system in front of the doors...

That's great advice Mike. Your mention of the pressure tank made me think about HOT water. There are a number of "On Demand" hot water systems that would work without having the hassel of a conventional hot water tank. Btw, you should bid this job. I'll bet Ole Bob would even let you stay in...

Oops! I forgot to add that to the estimate! But I think it still makes more sense than running a 100' line. There is a remote chance that I could make it to BARNFEST~1 in 07 but if there is a BARNFEST ~ 2 in 08, don't count on me eating any vegitables! :rotfl

    (another) Synthetic Oil Question

OK, so I will add these questions, I have one vehicle with 140K miles that I purchased new. Up until 130K +/- I changed oil every 5K miles. Now just because...who really knows why...other than advertising, I change every 3K. The questions are these.... 1. With better technologies than in...

I think you could be on a role (roll) Bob. If you use GrassPave2 you get everything you wanted in a quasi "hidden" drive. To top it off (no pun intedned), if you use the "envirolet" you could manufacture your own compost. :L The latter is obviously a joke, but it beats spreading it on...
