Id advise you to step up to 17's instead,there arent alot of 16 inch performance tires available.

If you go to 17's. a 255/50/17 is 27 inchs tall and a 275/50/17 is 27.8 inchs tall just to give you an idea this is what im running.

Well im one that has swapped for a tpi setup and 700r4 trans and it runs great approximately 22mpg highway and 18 around town.Plenty of torque,just there restricted for horsepower after 5000 rpm,ive modified my setup and i can get 5300 max then it hits a wall.

with my composite i went with bilstiens

Our circle track race motors ran all season without a tear down with the bypass blocked and no wear at all on anything,i also run my street motors with bypass blocked too.Use a good race filter like frams hp series or wix racing.
