I am down to the last few parts and the last few dollars!
I need the rear compartment frames and door assembly pieces. I can get buy with just the frame and pin around the battery door as that is really trashed.
I also need the passenger kick panel, the part that wraps around on mine is broken...
Welcome to CAC :-)
I too had a breakdown on my way home with my car too. Hardly the feeling I wanted.
The good news is if this event didn't trigger you to smoke you should be all set.
He really does seem like a nice guy.
I still can't imagine Tony Stewart maybe being teammates with Ryan Newman. NEWMANNNNN. I'll never forget a few years ago at Loudon when Newman wrecked Tony. We had great seats and Tonys pit stop was right in front of us. I think off the track Newman is a...

Welcome to CAC!
I can't remember which one I tried to sign my son up for but basically when you answer the questions the "correct answers" are that you are only using your car for a car show or they won't insure you. I think its okay to be getting parts. No nearby errands, you have to have a...
Took some pictures today and hubby is bringing home the tool to remove the seat belts so its almost ready for the new carpeting. We got the new dash pad from Eckers and I am thinking with the two tone interior of leaving the glove box silver gray and leaving the steering column silver gray and...
I have to buy another set of headers and I am just about out of money with the car restoration and while I would love to get some Dougs headers or Hooker headers they are just too much right now. The ones I bought last year just aren't working out, something about the ports being too big and...
My dash and console are out too and I am not sure why but I forgot to order the center air vents so they will be here on Friday. All the carpeting is out except for one side back panel, the sides are the hardest to get out. I didn't think after all these years that it would be so hard to remove...
8 hours cleaning and scraping and scrubbing. I have been scraping the underside of the back end of the car, cleaning some of the rear end parts and boy did that old rear end leak all over the place. gross. I do like using the bench grinder except when I get tired and it tries to grab the part...
my husband ended up using a long flat screwdriver to snap int in place and a thing like this to hold the cushion out of the way so he could see http://www.gizoo.co.uk/Products/TravelLeisure/Outdoor/BarbecueFork/Additional/lrg-2-BarbecueFork.jpg
My husband went last year. The Body Shop he works at goes and has a booth there. He is not going this year, he has been sick for the last 3 weeks. I hear its a great show with a ton of cars - have fun!

Nice job, I am sure your car will enjoy this winter ;-)
I don't like seeing mine out in the winter(even with a cover on it)so i am glad she got to stay inside this winter, next winter....?
Thanks Mike,
I am confused because it almost looks like the original strip had 2 stripes an orange one and a red one how very 80's) breaking up the silver and claret. So sport stripe is just a fancy word for 1 pinstripe around the car?
I just got this email from the seller along with some photos. Its all Greek to me but hopefully my husband will have no problem deciphering it. I already have the exhaust off and the whole dash is apart so not much of an issue I hope.
