re:
I have two questions,
1. what goes here:
2. Where can I buy one?
I'm not sure if I have the other one in the right spot, and I can't remember what it says on it. I think it's Low fuel but I'm not sure.
Thanks for the help guys!
The tach circuit board is attached to the back side of the tach, and speed-o. I think you can take the whole thing out without removing the dash, but have never done it so I'm not sure.
Sorry I can't be of more help

Thanks for the tip, but why do the longer headers give off more hp?, it makes sense becauase the bend would be smoother, but would this really add a noticable amount?
I was planning on putting the MAD true dual exhaust on the vette this summer, and read somewhere on here that it is a PIA to put headers on the exhaust.
Whats the difference power wise between shorty headers and regular headers?
Which of these headers would you recomend for shorty headers...

I'm a "kid" also, and want the quieter exahaust to try and keep some attention away from myself... the cops around where I live think that because I'm 20 and driving a vette that I probably am selling drugs, so they always give me a hard time. The less attention when you're young and...
I'm thinking of getting headers, and a true dual exhaust this summer for my 81, and was wondering what you guys recomended for mufflers. I want something that sounds as close to stock as possible at in town RPMs, but I want it to scream when I step on it =). Any recomendations? I don't have...
I recoverd the seeats in my 81 over christmas break, and found it to be a lot easier than everyone on here says it is. just make sure that you do it with someone else, I don't think I would have wanted to do this by myself. Be sure to get new foam, and one of those instalation kits. You will...
re:
that thing always seems to fetch up on something, lucky for me the previous owner decided to yard it out and break off all of the things that were in the way =(. The places to watch out for though are right around the gauges, the metel thing that the gauges sit in likes to catch on the...
Stallion: He would need to put break fluid into the master cylinder , and then bleed the breaks to get all of the air out. I would explain brake bleeding, but I would probably get it backwards so it would be easier if you went here .
