    Tuna Sport Back

Okay Tuna, when looking at houses, always buy the garages first. Go for a four or five car garage with a house attached. One bedroom is enought. But don't forget the kitchen. You won't be eating out a lot. Paul

    Fuel Problems on 78 Corvette

There is a short (4" ?) S shaped hose coming off the fuel pump. On my 79 that hose would collapse under load. Idle was okay. It's hard to tell what it is doing by just looking at it. Replace it and any other rubber hosing you can get to just to make sure.

GM Press Release: Too Much Information? Not from Corvette Stingray

Ah, for the good old days. An ignition key, a tach, four speed, and an AM radio. All was good. Paul

    Tar and Road Grime

I have used several products to remove tar, oil, blobs(?), etc. Most successful with 3-in-1 oil, WD-40, and believe it or not, some of my wife's cold cream removed a particulaly difficult wad of something black and sticky. And they put that stuff on their face.

    Clay Bar Your Car

Step 3 is not required. On step 4, if you mean use a polish, that is only needed if you have the swirl marks or other imperfections that should be removed before waxing. Having a good smooth, clean, clear surface is required before waxing to achieve that super shine. The old hand method still...

    Clay Bar Your Car

You have a good start if you are using Griots clay bar. I haven't used them all, but it is the best of what I have tried. I don't think buffing on the NXT is going to cure your swirls. Since you have black paint, I would use Griot's number 4 machine polish or depending on how deep they are...

I would just like to see her engine on a dyno and be there for the tear down to see how legal it was.

Good Lord !! NO!!! That Thing Is BUTT UGLY

Go back and look at the 1959 Stingray racer and the two Stingray concept cars of the 60's. You will find that "ridiculous" emblem on them. You have over fifty years of gagging to catch up on.

Good Lord !! NO!!! That Thing Is BUTT UGLY

Now just a minute young lady, we old timers like this car a lot. OOps, I think that was your point also. Thank goodness the taillights aren't round, it would look like a 1970s Camaro. To respond to the question about the C5 acceptance, the Big, Fat, Ugly rear end was universally hated. I...

    2014 C7 Beautiful Poll

Just got back from the C7 Reveal in Detroit and could hardly wait to see what was on the web. Not disappointed. The new Corvette is here, let the bitchin begin. First, the car is drop dead gorgeous from all angles. Everything "stuck on it" has a purpose. All vents are functional and...

Blue Bullet Blog-The C6 Ownership Experience

....a P.S. to "Paul T"....I passed three yellow cars on that run over SR33, however, I gave each a happy face for trying hard. If you're feeling "left out" I can send you a little happy face, too, because I know you'll try hard to go as fast as blue.;LOL Ouch.

Blue Bullet Blog-The C6 Ownership Experience

That Carlisle Blue Bullet is definitely BAD FAST. Man, just think how fast that would have been if it was YELLOW.
