The brackets go with the visors as part of the rebuild. You might have to remove windshield interior moldings to disconnect the power for the vanity mirrors so the bracket can be removed from the car. The upholstery shops will do that for you.
I think I have seen factory replacements. They are not cheap and the ears will break again. I had mine rebuilt with out the movable ears since they broke first. Take them to an upholstery shop the will look original and cost about $75.00 each California $$$$$'s. :pat
They should be a interference fit. In english they are made if plastic and are a force fit. Are you the original owner of the car? If you are I am not sure what caused the problem. If you are not the original owner someone might have had the visors rebuilt. Mine did not last all that long...
Vette Brakes has made in the USA parts and made in other places. Buy the USA parts. If the catalog does not say call them and they will gladly give you what you want to know.

If the link does not show up google Corvette "Cruise Master" Crusise Control Diagnostics and this should take you to...

The one thing I would try is to run a ground from the battery to the motor housing just to see if it a ground is the issue. if it is then clean the motor mounting to the door to establish your ground.
Good luck. A lot of Corvette electrical problems are ground related.
I saw the 2014 coupe at the Peterson Auto Museum in Los Angeles on March 2nd and I have to tell you pictures do not do this car justice, It is beautiful!
