Bud!!!- Good to hear from you!
Yea, on the way back from Cruisefest in Colorado Springs I whated Bambi (or at least Bambi's Dad) and sent me spinning through the median a few states from home. I guess I've had some bad luck with that car. Yes, I'm ok with bumps bruises and a windshield mark...

Ex-GM Worker, Husband Accused Of Stealing Secrets - Automotive News Story - WDIV Detroit
A couple of people stole $40million in trade secrets from GM and sold them to China. It had to do with electric vehihicle research.
I actually worked with the man involved. We...
Dealer Pricing......
I talked to my local dealer about a month or two ago. He told me that they were on the "list" to get one of these magnificent beauties. He also stated that the sticker price would be $119,000. He told me for a $5k deposit I could bid against a couple of others that had...
Good instruction Froggy. It really is fairly easy. I have fairly big hands (you know what they say about guys with big hands.... you have a hard time changing lights on a c5) and was able to get it done.
I also replaced mine with the Silverstars. I wasn't impressed with their performance. I...
Yea, I saw it at Detroit Auto Show today!!
Wow what a car!!! Truely an amazing vehicle. GM has a very nice display with a light show behind it, but to be truthful, it took me a while to see it because the ZR1 is really awesome. It commands a presence that other cars don't. Of course you...
That Daytona Pace car isn't the prettiest around, but I wouldn't call it ugly. It would sure get you attention, and after all, we all like that, right???
The Daytona Zo6 from a couple of years ago was really cool. I even contacted Chevy about getting one.
I guess I like the "different"...
I just had the Oil Consumption test done to my 03 caddy with a Northstar. It was consistently around 2qts every 1,000 miles. Without hesitation my dealer scheduled an engine rebuild for me. :)
I was really impressed with GM's willingness to give me an engine rebuild.
Although even going...
Hey Dragon-
Yes, I had the dreaded "insta-empty" fuel problrm with my '98. It would subside using Tectron or Chevron with the additive. So last winter I was bored and pulled the fuel pump out of my driver's side tank and used some 320 grit sandpaper on the sweeping surface. If you take the...
WOW is that cool!
Wow is that cool!!
Great work six shooter, takes a lot of imagination to come up with that.
The rear window in my '98 started to seperate this spring just as you described. I used the 3M marine sealant. Serious stuff! I spread a thin bead around the mating areas (once...
I know a guy that works on this project and drives one home regularly. Yep, it is seen in his driveway!!! His is a paddle shift, don't know if that's the only trans available though. awesome car
I was at the local Benz dealer lately looking into a cl500. It had the AMG performance upgrade. When I asked what that included, the dealer said a bunch of bs and basiclly just the wheel upgrade!!!! AMG made no engine or direct performance upgrades to it!! Seemed like not much for $5000
Times...
I have a 85 700r4 4x4 that was rebuilt by a local guy and I reinstalled in my Blazer. It worked fine for around 3000 miles, then the reversse slowly went away, maybe taking 500 miles or so. I took the tranny out and was wondering if anyone had an idea of what might be worth loking at?????
now were in business
Well Rob,
My company makes those "gattling guns". The popular 6 barreled ones you see in the movies shoot over 6000 30cal rounds per minute. (that's over 6x as fast as an uzi) Problem might be with the muzzle flash..... we'll have to upgrade the front spoiler on...
Word around the campfire over in Auburn Hills is Benz is taking all the design and engineering of the Viper back to Germany so they can handle that as they seem fit.
I bought a shopforce aluminum racing jack last year. It has a really low saddle height that fits under my c5 with enough clearance for the hockey puck. It ran me about $70 from Meijers and it works great!!
Certainly would recommend.
