HIb makes a good point~ You need an alignment. The factory settings are quite wide at best (and still within spec.) What you need is a more precise alignment. Also~ some tracks are harder on one side of the tire than the other. (For instance, I did a trackday a week ago and destroyed my tires...

I avoid getting water in the mirror housings as the satellite antennae are located there. There's gotta be wires and connections in there somewhere...water or forced air can't be good for 'em.:W

I've heard of this before, where the socket melts in the C6. I believe there is an LED light system for these. They should run cooler. Or, maybe a bulb with less wattage...

Since the engine is still lean, have you replaced ALL the vacuum lines? If any are original, then they are old enough to leak whilst looking "ok." Manifold crack? Gaskets?
