I have the original B&M Ripper that I really like. I guess B&M has changed the shifter and made it less notchy, but I think the Hurst, the B&M, the Kirban and the others are an improvement over the OEM shifter. It's not just the length of the lever - it's the rubbery feeling of the shifter...

I run the Hawk HPS pads on my car, and while the dust isn't gone - it's certainly less than the OEM pads. I've heard some negative things about the ceramics about not being real effective until they are fully heated up. Also - I think the ceramics dust too - but the difference seems to be that...
