I think either Corvette America or Midland Corvette has chromed covers for the headlights actuators, not sure if you could use one of these for the wiper door, as I dont have one to check! Someone must know. Otherwise have you tried carb cleaner? Just my $0.02 worth :beer Grant

Hey BarryK Before you pull it out! I would try to put another plug onto the existing cable first (its just co-ax) if theres enough slack to work with, as thats far easier than replacing the cable I would think. Yes I would put a gromet to protect the cable. Good Luck :beer Grant

I looked at your photos, and thought am I being stupid?, they look the same at the front edge. So I checked Ecklers and they list L88 bonnets as up to 76, and 77 and up. Is this because of the front edge? If so - :BOW because I would have blown it! Learning all the time, thanks :beer Grant
