Cool thanks man! Thats one sweet car but I think Im going to have to get a used one if I ever do. I have to get rid of one of my ZR1's and with production comming to a end soon I think the Z-16's will be numbered under the 1,000 mark!

Got a question for you on your Z16. how much darker is the Blue paint on the Z16 compaired to a electron blue car?? I want to pick up a Z16 if I can and as I had a EB 02 I was just wondering how close they are. jp

So what exhaust are you going to use? I want to get the headers but Im not sure what to do I want use a B&B system but I just dont know If I will hate the noise like so many others have?

Who did you get the coil packs through?

I think I have something going on with my coil packs because I still have a slight stumble, I have been lazy and havent replaced them but mine started acting up at around 35,000 miles. Does anyone here know how I can test the coil packs with a multimeter?

I would guess that it is your gauge cluster that is bad and the oil smell could be a number of things the 90's are known to leak oil, have you checked your oil level to see where it is or are you having to add alot of oil to the motor? First check you oil filter housing lines they leak pretty...

I tore it down to the bare bones. removed the cam covers and everything else. I cleaned them up in the bath tub and still in the tub with water in there I hit them with some scotch brite to rough up the original paint surface, no need to remove the old paint just scuff it up to let the new paint...

Well I put 2 coats on everything a nice light first coat and a good even second coat. I bought 2 cans and used one and a half of the other one. Its been a while but thats why I bought 2 cans because I didnt know what it would cover and Id have some extra left over.

Yep while you have it apart I would remove everything from the top of the motor and clean clean clean! If you simply tighten the bolts down your still going to have leaks, it was a common thing from the factory that these were loose, I striped my whole top end and cleaned up all the oil leaks...
