GM appears not to have tracked two tone paint data at Bowling Green other than the primary color (upper). They did track the option code. 5352 1981 buyers chose the two paint.

That's up to you and how you define "Stingray." The 69-76 C3s had Stingray fender scripts. The 68s and 77-82 models do not have the scripts. If you want to consider your car to be a Stingray, have at it.

Not necessarily. You say you replaced everything other than the springs; have you checked the installation of the new parts? Were you getting the shake before you rebuilt the suspension?
No. You should not have to cut a stock replacement spring.

Stud pattern did not change, but you will need adapters/spacers for the later wheels. You might also have to trim fiberglass to eliminate potential rubbing depending on wheel width and tire selection.

I mildly disagree with Peer. Any C3 in original condition has value as an unmolested car. There are potential buyers who want original cars and are willing to pay something above average because of the originality. Any modifications made to an original car lessens the car's value.

What model year? Typical factory leather was leather seating surfaces and vinyl skirts. 79-82 cushions and backs might be all leather, but don't quote me on that.
