I have the Helm's 1991 Service Manual. I highly recommend it. It does state that the DRL is only on Canadian cars.
Do the parking lights come on at dusk? If yes, then follow the first proceedure in my previous post. If not, then follow the 2nd proceedure.

Are you guys saying that this is normal for a '91 'vette? To have the lights turn on/off with start up and to turn on automatically when it gets dark? I have a '91 'vette and the headlights only turn on when I use the switch. Have I been missing something all these years? :confused

I don't think so. :confused There is no difference between the '91 wheels and the 92 to 96 wheels. So why wouldn't you call the '91 wheels sawblades?
