Parts There are plenty of good used parts out there. Check the parts for sale section on some of the web sites. The trim for the front bumper is hard to find in any decent shape. It took me several to get a couple that I would use.

Diagram Didn't mean to hijack the thread. I Figured it out. The bottom hose is a vent and the one in question goes to the purge solenoid which has two hoses going to it. I have the bumper off and replaced the impact bar and skid bar. it just came off when I removed the turn signal lens...

Diagram Toptech, I have one hose coming out of the solenoid that goes nowhere. One coming out of the bottom and tees off and neither hose connects to anything. I have a 90. Is this diagram correct for a 90?

Make sure you get both parts of the FSM.

my 90 has a A/C Heater programmer. it is located under the dash on the drivers side. hard to get to but it can be done. I am not saying its your problem , but it is a part that fails.

You wouldn't happen to have the metal pieces that retain the air dams to the bumper? I have the ones that rivet to the inside of the bumper but need the ones that go over the air dam itself. I also need teh metal skid covers. Thanks Bob

It may well start with 90 if you are not having any issue with it.

There are two resisters that need to be put onto place. When you remove the Bose system you remove the data stream.

If I remember right the C68 climate control sends a data stream through the wiring harness. When you remove the data stream and the computer does not see it and it triggers the SYS light.
