    C3 B2k

For those interested in the red C3 w/ the 4 IDA webers and the blue 82 w/ LS1, the blue 82 is from someone named Didi and the red one is from Jörg Vogelsang, owner of ACP in Euskirchen - Germany. http://www.acp-euskirchen.de is the website, the cars are both in there and there's a link to didi's...

    Driver's Seat Won't Go Down

You'll need a small stick or piece of steel wire, what you do is poke in the upper side of the hinge, through the hole where you see the locking tab. One of my seats constantly locks up like that and it's the only way to get it down. The problem is that the crash protection that locks up the...

something's wrong with my front suspension

There's nothing actually wrong with it, I was just kidding there. I built it completely from scratch. The pic w/ the flares is a photo shop of a model car but the flares are supposed to be the ACI L88 flares.

    82 Stalling problems

??? started here or at cf ??? it's http://www.crossfire.homeip.net As for the system, it's not different from any TBI system w/ the only exception that it's got 2 single TBs instead of 1 dual so it has 2 IACs but they are parrallel wired so similar to just 1 (it's a spliced harness).

    "82" ECM Power

I accidentally pasted the fusebox link where I wanted to paste http://www.crossfire.homeip.net/faq/diagnostics.html ... it has the same diagrams as on my personal site.

    "82" ECM Power

There are 2 power leads, 1 ignition switched lead w/ a 10 amp fuse on the fusebox (right bank, upper fuse) and there's the continuous power on the ram power lead which is the orange wire w/ the in line fuse holder, the wire runs to the junction block on the side of the battery compartment...

    Code 24, VSS

The PN switch is on the shifter base, remove the shifter plate and you'll see it. The VSS is a yellow or blue box on the pass side, above the fuse box. It just hangs behind the dash somewhere, it has a little flat calbe w/ black, red & green colors, the end of the cable has an optical...

    1979 reinstall twin turbo's...Help!!

You won't be able to, unless you get different log manifolds or build your own headers to reposition the waste gates, I have custom manifolds and the wate gates point down in the center for this very reason. You can see them under the log manifold, the small pipe w/ flex section runs from...

    1979 reinstall twin turbo's...Help!!

This sounds weird, you have a car w/ heads for twin turbos?? The system consists of the 2 turbos, 2 waste gates, 2 down pipes, a bov (optional) and a set of headers or log manifolds for the turbos, a single dual inlet or 2 separate intercoolers are also optional. Then there's the intake plumbing...

    Turbocharger questions

My engine has been done for quite some time, apart from the plumbing from the turbos to the intercoolers and back to the carbs, currently working on the airboxes for the carbs and then I'll have to weld up the pipes from and to the intercoolers, I've done it all in aluminium to save weight. I'm...

    Turbocharger questions

M&W, I'd like to see pics of yours also if possible, what are you using for headers and such? What turbos do you have? The part #s don't say anything, what model are they?

    Turbocharger questions

Turbonetics lists: 600586-0005 3AA1EE10B1 You might want to contact them what it is, it's listed as a model # turbo, not a custom combo so it's easy to check what it is. They are lsited as 700$ a pop.

    Turbocharger questions

Just feel around the turbo, it's right under there, you can't miss it. My car is still a work in progress ..it does not drive :) Can you post a pic? I'm quite interested in seeing it. You can't contact rotomaster, they are out of business/went up in Garrett/AiResearch. Hugh McInness has written...

    Turbocharger questions

Apart from the model # there should aklso be a designation of what turbo series you have, it's on the same little red id tag on the cartridge where you pulled the # from. It's T03, R04...something like that. 4000$ could be, depending on the rest of the systems. Turbos are not cheap. Do you have...

    Turbocharger questions
