YOU GET AT IT FROM UNDER THE PASSENGER SIDE DASH oops caps.... disconnect the battery (must! ) and shoot some lube on the bearing I had to do this about 100k miles ago..... it's about a 20-30 minute job your first time , it's easy

I found a brand new one on craigslist for 500.00 :happyanim: it still had the factory white stickers on it :D guy bought his car with 2 tops and left it under his bed when he sold the car:upthumbs so now I have 3 tops 1 painted 1 see-through and 1 peeled w/ spiderwebs cracks

I think if the gears are not turning , the oil doesn't get to all the places it should I would not do it

I can swap them out in 30 minutes pulling the manifold :w

I've seen broken ones but not in the middle

diagnose and check the easy stuff first don't throw parts at it

they burned you I'd replace the switch or at least pull it apart and look
