Gave this some more thought. One of the horns must have given out on you. The wiring, fuse and such should be alright since you have some sound coming out of them.

If not, the Green wire should be a power wire coming from the under hood fuse box. It comes from the horn relay #36 and a 20 amp fuse that is #11. the Black wire will be the ground. It goes to the ground splice pack 102. I think it's located on the top...
Try pulling fuse #29 in the floor box and see if they go out. I think that is the fuse for the courtesy lights. If I'm wrong, someone will correct me I'm pretty sure.
