Did you get an answer to your problem yet? If not, the Green wire should be a power wire coming from the under hood fuse box. It comes from the horn relay #36 and a 20 amp fuse that is #11. the Black wire will be the ground. It goes to the ground splice pack 102. I think it's located on the top...

Try pulling fuse #29 in the floor box and see if they go out. I think that is the fuse for the courtesy lights. If I'm wrong, someone will correct me I'm pretty sure.
