I have a 98 C5 with the base model heater/AC controls (non-climate control) No matter where I set the vent selector, the air or heat does not seem to blow very well from any of the ducts. The fan runs fine, and the heat and AC seem to work OK, it is like the vent flapper is stuck or something...
