anybody have any ideas on a winter cover for a 1981 corvette

Hello to all, my 81 has 26000 miles on it and I just assume the alternator is working. The reason I assume this is when Im driving it the the battery indicator on the console registers 13+. The car battery is about two years old and if I don't put a trickle charge on at night, the battery dies...

Just bought a 1981, the vin number dictates it was one of those few produced si St Louis before they moved to Kentucky. I have been reading some conflicting info, the eight digit in my vin (engine type) is a 6, does this mean its an L82 with 230 hp? The manifold is not blue but I beleive it is...
