Anyone recently had a garage built in North Atlanta (Fulton Cty). I wanna have a modest two car garage built behind my new home. Any recommendations on builders? Anyone to avoid (use private E-mail if necessary). Wondering about the cost per Sq-Ft numbers you guys have been seeing.

Anyone have some numbers as far as cost per Sq Foot for building a garage? Not talking about the Garage Mahal types here. Basically I am looking for a well built 20 by 26 insulated unit. Don't need sufficient concrete strength from which to launch a Space Shuttle mission...just something good...
