Hi George,
I'm trying to locate the seat back release assembly (underneath the back panel), with the spring, for my 68 Convertible. It is the type with the chrome latch knob on the side. Thanks!

That would be most appreciated. I also heard you can take a non-a/c 69-72 bezel and have the hole (carefully) cut out by a machine shop. It's supposed to even have the same part #. So I think I'll keep checking eBay, etc and try that. Good luck on the fiberglass!
Yes, I would like to see the picture of the bracket that fits the Qjet. I had a spec sheet that showed it as part #3940915, but if it looks like what I'm looking for, I'd be very interested. Thanks
That Wilcox supplier may be just the thing. Looks like I'll be busy checking all those seals, flappers, valves, etc. but I really think it's mostly a weak fan motor. Thanks
I'll check that gauge, but I do know the motor is working when turned on, just not sure if it's "tired" or simply a design problem. I did caulk around the blower bow which helped a little, but not enough for Central Texas. Glen
I'm trying to determine if my '68 a/c fan is working properly, and if so, are there any upgrades out there to boost performance. The first 2 speeds seem almost non-existant, while the "high" speed is barely adequate. Is this normal for this vintage?
