I was looking to do the same thing, since new foam and covers were more expensive than some nice c6 seats I found. I asked the vendor the same question, and he said the c5 seat rails would have to be used, but the seats would work. I am also curious about the electrical connections. Hopefully...

Totally agree. They look as dumb as the ones I've seen on the occasional c2. Plus, down the road if you ever want to sell it, you're going to have a tougher time.
Those are codes to the door control modules. Are you having problems with the door locks or windows not working? It wouldn't cause your starting problems.
We just sold a 98 convertible with 30k miles for $15,000.00. There's a big difference between what a magazine says they're worth and what people will actually pay.
Is the switch not releasing or the gas shocks not raising the cover? If it's the shocks, go to www.liftsupportsdepot.com Their prices are the best. It takes about two minutes to pop the bad ones out and pop the new ones in. If it's not the switch, this will solve the problem.
