Dave McLellan on Reeves Callaway

His latest blog #13. I haven't listened to it yet though, but presumably it will interest you. :)
I just thought I'd post this up here because you never know, and it seems like a good deal. The 2nd ZR-1 on this list: http://www.zr1netregistry.com/ZR1_sale.htm
It's a '90, 45k miles, $16k. It has a salvage title, though, which is probably why he's having a hard time selling it. But it...
Hey Chris, you probably have more experience with ancient Gatorbacks than anyone! :ohnoes
These tires have about 10-12k miles on them. They are currently on the original rims as mounted from the factory. But I'm thinking I should remove them because maybe I'll switch back to the salad...
Two '91's squared off at the dragstrip in this thread, ZR1 and B2K. I think those B2Ks are cool cars to see running hard, so I thought some of you all might appreciate it: http://www.zr1netregistry.com/forum/showthread.php?t=3224
Too bad no video of them going though. :beer

I ordered up one of the All are Red book, as it seems...
I was at Tony's Corvette Shop in MD getting my exhaust dynoed. They have a 1991 B2K aerobody in the shop that they were tuning. It's blue, though it was covered so I didn't get to really see it. No mistaking those blisters on the hood and the vents on the aero nose poking through the cover...
I want to replace my smaller '90 LT5 resonator with the larger LT4 one. So if anyone has one in nice shape, PM me or email me at aurora402002@yahoo.com
Thanks! :beer
I have 8 AC Delco Rapidfire #5's that have under 2,000 miles on them. $10 plus shipping (I'd guess about $3). I believe these work in aluminum head L98s.
Two 275/40-17's, right and left side. These were made in the end of 2000, and have easily 80%+ tread left. They have about 4k miles on them.
Two 315/35-17, right and left side. These were made in the middle of 1997. They have less than 50% tread left, but still have a ways to go before they...
Does anyone know what the guts of these systems are? Are they straigh-through with glass packing? Are they baffled like a Flowmaster? Are they chambered or consist of U-bends? One way to tell a little is to look down the muffler. Can you see through it to the other side, or are there things...
I noticed this when looking for some other information:
http://arb.ca.gov/msprog/aftermkt/devices/eo/D-319-2.pdf
It's the CARB certification for the Callaway Honker system. But in the brochure on COG, it listed it as the cert for their header package. Anyway, what I noticed was the CARB cert...
Here's an idea of the interior sound of the Corvette. It's actually sort of weird because the exhaust isn't really that loud. More mechanical and intake sound, and gearbox whine.
My wife was doing the filming, and it's kind of jerky. But if you pause it and frame-advance, you can make out...
I put in Silverstars tonight to replace the Wagner plastic bulbs that were in there. I'm not sure if they were original or not.
I wanted XtraVisions since they are the same amount of light, just slightly less white. But they cost less and last a lot longer than Silverstars. But the local...
Ever since I got my car I've been thinking about losing the badges on the side of the hood. If it didn't already have them, I would definitely not add them. But I go back and forth on whether to remove them.
I kind of like it sometimes, but I think the side would look cleaner without them...
With all the talk of what tires to buy, and given that I need tires in the not-to-distant future, I got curious.
Do/did you all just take your car in and get the tires changed? If so, do you drive it around to the bay, or watch it go around? Any special precautions?
Anyone not bring their...
