    1969 427 emission equipment

I am running late, but will say this quick A friend of mine reminded me about a job I did for him. He had an old tilt/n/load truck that was constantly being pulled over by the mto on a weekly basis. The MTO would wait on routes that guys took to the scrap yards Anyway, when he was pulled...

I am a tad fired up with all of this and do not believe mine should have to use emission equipment than was on a 63.....but A lot of this came about last summer and even though I signed petitions I had thought it pertained to late model engines in Model T's as an example... I haveheard more...

    1969 427 emission equipment

Hello I have a 63 with a 69 427 engine in it. There are new laws up here now(MTO) and although the car is 63, they can go by the year of the engine for emisions I know little of emission equipment , but doing some Google searches it looks like a pcv and perhaps an AIR pump is required...

    Sidepipes and noise

Hello Mac Thanks for your reply. I have not heard of a sound deadening paint before...sounds interesting I used Lizard skin in the car for heat retention and now that you mention it, I am not sure if they have something for sounds as well? If I have to use Dyna mat, I wonder how much has...

News: pics of my finished 59 from australia

Hi Lou I did not see any EFI rails at all, so you did a pretty good job of hiding them. Even the BDS EFI conversion has the fuel rails visible Looks really trick with the hard lines for the injectors I have an Enderle hat and know about blocking off the outside windows. Is this a kit or...

    57 restomod going home

Hi I had fired the car up a couple of times last fall, (had a cooling issue but that is fixed now) I lost my job this past spring due to the slowdown in the automotive industry, so I could not justify spending the extra amount to finish it for the street this summer. We are going to take...
