I have a '67 327/300 A/C car with a Powerglide. I'm curious at what rpm should the transmission shift from low to high under normal acceleration? Currently it shifts at around 3,200 rpm, but that seems/feels a bit high. Any thoughts?

Just took delivery of a new 2005 to go with my '67. The Bose Stereo is average at best, maybe even poor compared to the factory system in my 2004 Volvo XC-90. Any suggestions on upgrades without altering the in-dash components? Thanks
Is anyone aware of a C2, or more specifically a 1967, registry that details the current/past history of the car? I'm know there is not an all-inclusive registry, just curious if someone is developing/maintaining one.
