It is stock handle I painted myself. Loads of pictures in my interior thread, link in my sig above.
I added lots of sound insulation to my car and it got quieter. Squeaks and rattles are gone and tire noice too.
Oh, sorry for not responding earlier. There isn't much new to show, it is basicly done!
Here is latest pictures, sorry about the quality - too bright for taking photos:

This is what I did to my doors:
The doors ended up quite solid. When closed it doesn't sound like bucket of nails anymore but gives solid "thump".
I agree the foam insulators needed lots of trimming to fit under door panels.
On sunday we finally installed rest of the audio system. The whole day was plagued with little difficulties but in the end we were succesful and by 11 PM music was playing in my Vette after 6 musicless years!
Hmmm...the face plate on the Blaupunkt hu is so thick it will stick out...
No experience on that yet but it should. The MAD kit I installed has a temperature blocking foil on one side. And obviously the 4mm (0.16") bitume should also delay heat soaking in from floors. I installed both on top of each other so there is quite a bit of insulation before heat gets into...
Today we made great progress! Todays mission: doors
Click for image-links below.

Then apply Duplicolor chrome paint which is wear and heat resistant
When done let dry and the put to oven for an hour to...

Today I test fitted the air conditioner nozzles and center console plastic panels. Of course they do not fit the openings anymore as the leather covering makes all openings they should fit into smaller.
Well, I was expecting this and today I started to carefully grind the pieces so they would...
Today we entered final installation phase with the upholstered panels. We started in the morning and made great progress.

After few hours, ready to drive back to my house
Continued installation there
Managed to squeeze the rear speaker covers back on the 8"...
Thanks guys!
Here is something I started doing this evening: repaint interior plastic panels. They are originally dark metallic grey. I had new paint mixed which is pretty close but little bit "brighter".

Today we made the final installation for the amplifier. We also did lots of trimming for the carpets so they would fit better.

We did some test fitting today, here are the pictures. We also found some minor problems so the dash, gear tunnel sides and A-pillars went back to to upholsterer for fixing. Hope to get them back this wednesday.
Meanwhile we plan to wire the stereo system tomorrow.

You got it wrong: wolf is not the make, its type of fabric. So there is only one Wolf fabric, Evolution 4 and others are something totally different.
Kimberly Clark is the company that makes the Wolf and Evolution 4 fabrics we are talking about.
I did dig through my paper work. Did find the original users guide, warranty card and even receipt. None of them said anything about how many layers there is. But it was the best available at the time at $149.99. The slogan was something about "Wolf barrier fabric".
EDIT: I also checked my old...
I also have the Noah cover. Bought it from MAD.
After 4 years it is in shreds. It is also not water proof (even when new) and in the winter it freezes to my car. Messed up the paintwork last winter when I pulled it off. It was again frozen to my hood and pulled 4"x 1" piece of laquer off. It...
Today I picked up passengers seat, steering wheel, shifter knob and bag.
Notice how the steering wheel was made much thicker than the original :)
