I am having the same problem and tried the three ups and downs. No change. Any one else have a suggestion. I am averse to reading the owners manual (a natural trait) but know that the answer is there somewhere.

re: traction control My question was more related to how much braking effect does the TC apply to the rear wheels and how much quicker will the car be with it off (provided I can manage the wheel spin)? Has anyone seen a test publised or run timed tests with and without TC?

I have an '06 coupe and have not played with the traction control. Can anyone tell me how differently the car will perform with TC in competetion mode and with it off.

If you have laid change on top of the lid to the cup holder, you know that it will slide off into somewhere. If you haven't, don't. Does anyone know if the cupholder is removable without taking the console apart? The 26 cents that disappeared off the lid has not rattled or caused a problem...
