    You could make the door yourself from plywood ( sounds like you are handy )and the tracks are standard from any door company . Google it in you're area. Depo might carry it. Hope this helps

    It is an easy fix but you will require a jack post door opener. I ended up paying 1200 $$ 600 for the opener rest for the rails.and coil spring.     I put my truck on the lift to test for the first time. I also sprayed the sliders with Krown rust spray. Helps them slide. Looks great wish I had a large garadge.

    Sorry for changing the subject. Would you have a couple picks of the sp's and a sugestion of the model number ? Did you go with 2 " . Did you use the short headers or stay with the cast exhaust manifolds. I would like a good sound but not overpowering.thanks

    My Aluminum rims have a western wheel forged with a s/n af1587 also stamped x-h 306065 Around the inside of the rim lip are circles. Would anyone know if this would be an original rim for a 1964 Knock off ? Have a good Christmas

    Any tips for hood removal.

    Thanks Charlie I took out the motors today and have one unit cleaned and put back togeather. Not a lot to it. Would their be any other lubrication points . I noticed what looks like a limiter switch that has a black wire off it. Another project. Thanks for the interest.

    Thanks for the help. Will use the suggestions. Can the headlight motors be taken off by taking the grill off and removing from bottom ? Or is the hood the only option.

    C1 Tire question

    A friend mentioned he puts four screw jacks under frame and just takes the weight off the suspension. Might be an idea depending how cheap the screw jacks are .
