Considering get rid of the Vette

Considering getting rid of C-4 I've had the same thoughts. My son has a great "71" Vette that seems to run as strong as my L-98. No computers, just the basics when something goes wrong that needs fixed. I've had my "91" for two years and it has only 33k miles. It has been babied since new...

Question: re: fuel injectors I started my "91" Vette last sunday, which had been running great, and it stopped running. I was able to pull off the highway. Trying to restart it resulted in the car "chugging" and then completely shutoff. I had it towed to a close by Chevy dealer. They've...

Question: Hood stuck on one side

Can anyone advise if there is a way to open the hood of a 91 Vette if the right side latch won't dis-engage?? Pulling the latch allows the left side to open but the right side is stuck. Any ideas? Thanx

    flywheel replacement

After hearing a rattle coming from, what I thought was in the emission system area of my 91 roadster, I took the car to a repair shop. The machanics called me about an hour later and gave me the sad news that the car had a bad fly wheel which needed to be replaced to the tune of sixteen...

    Question: erratic oil pressure gauge

once in a while the oil pressure gauge on my "91" Roadster will go all the way to the right where it vibrates for a few seconds before returning to its original position. Has anyone else ever experienced this condition. Thanks

    Question: replacing outer door seals

You did this after taking off the inside door panel, correct? I have a "91" roadster and it looks as though the anti-rattle cushions must come off before installing the new outer door seal which would neccitate removing the door panel.

    Question: replacing outer door seals

I am planning to replace the outer door seals of my "91" roadster using the standard GM ones. It appears that the door panels will have to be removed, or at least loosend, to access the hex screws that bind the seals to the door. Would this be a big job for a not so talented old guy to...
