In my area there are two '07's at $31K each, an Atomic Orange and an Arctic White. Both are garage kept, original with low miles. Keep looking. And a Victory Red Z06 for $34K:beer
It may be a great Corvette, but there are hundreds out there with low miles, similar prices and have not been modified. Headers usually mean that the owner wanted more performance. For $32K and no warranty, it seems like a risk. Again, just my opinion. :)
