I would contact the UNION there... Someone here should be able to help you with that information.. There are LOTS of folks that work HARD on genealogy and have amazing resources maybe one hangs out here also, there are societies of those folks just star poking and see what bites your finger...
I use a Porter Cable random orbital and have for years... Takes a 2 -3 day job to 1... I checked Tyler Tool (online) usually has a good selection of reconditioned power tools.. they did have one. THey can be found for < $100 easy to use and will last FOREVER

A few counties around here had the Taurus (SHO Variant) in the early 90's. While they were quick the transmission was the very weak link.... They were quickly moved from beat cars to the traffic encorcement and detective units... Looking at the pics from AUTOBLOG the seats and cockpit look small...

Another option for "translating" for the gang here AND any documents is in GOOGLE... From "gmail" or google, click on MORE, choose TRANSLATE... I use it to write to Russian pals... works well....

Winnipeg.... Been there twice once left ATL to Bangkok 80' and 90's in both places got to WInnipeg 20! ... Next time was snowing so hard we taxied into a hanger to move patients!
