Yes its a lifter, 1 of 4. The oil was ultra black and sat in this condition for 2 years.

I need to install a rocker stud on a 1981 rt head. Can I reinstall a press in type stud or should I drill and tap and install a screw in type? Also whats the stud size 3/8 or 7/16? thanks
