I'm putting chromed C6 wheels on my C4. Purchased them from Mid America. I know the purists will dispise me, but hey it's my Vette. ;) :)

Forgot to mention... installing drilled/slotted rotors too :cool

We've got some serious sun here in Indy today! Tomorrow is supposed to be too. Looking forward to cruising around the neighborhood a bit. I won't drive on city streets until after a couple rainy days to wash away the salt and chemicals from the snow. Hey, my Vette is my baby! :)

- new chrome wheels (using existing tires) - replace brake pads - paint calipers - install Corvette branded caliper covers - wash, clay, polish, wax, finishing - remove glass top - drive Actually, meeting tomorrow afternoon with my mechanic to go over the plan.

I have budgeted $1200 for a new C4 exhaust system (cat-back). I've heard really good things about the Power Effects system. I'm wanting a street legal setup with that tuned sound that really rumbles. I would appreciate your opinions, brands, websites yada yada yada. Thanks all! ~lobo

I totally agree. On city and residential streets I would always suggest following the posted speed limit. For me when it comes to opening it up and/or punching it a bit is reserved for for the interstates and highways.
