Ok, you say put it in S and drop it down in first. WHen in S mode it already is in first gear. The only time it doesn't downshift to first gear is in paddle mode. In paddle mode it only downshifts to second gear. you have to manaully pop it down to first. In D or S modes it will always downshift...

There is no difference in the rear facia between a standard C6 and the Z06. Now regarding this rear facia, I don't like it at all.

Like the above post, the rear GS fenders are your best bet for the vert. For fronts there are several options. I used Caravaggio fronts but they took quite a bit of work to fit them. Be careful going for "cheap". Some of the fenders out there don't even have teh mounting holes or cove sut outs...

Congrats - wow, that is a big step from a C3. I still have my C3 as well, along with a C5 FRC as well as my C6. All fun cars and vastly different from each other.
