Tried to sound the horn on my 08 yesterday to tell my mini-me to come on. Nothing happened! Checked the fuse. Looks perfect. I can hear what sounds like a relay clicking when I push the horn button on the steering wheel. Anybody have any suggestions?

When I bought my 81, the blower and AC were completely non-functional. I replaced the Blower relay (the one mounted on the firewall above the blower). The blower will now run, but only in the high position. All other settings nothing is happening. Any suggestions as to where to look next?
